How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email receipt after purchasing. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking information link to see the shipping details of your order. You will also be able to check your order status in the "Shop" app.

What are the shipping Fees?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all items, Typically shipping is $5.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. But it varies per item type. You’ll see that added to your cart during the checkout process.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

Our system only allows one coupon per purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship products domestically. We do not ship to US territories or outside of the United States.

May I order by Phone?

At this time, online is our only ordering service.

How do I contact Customer Service?

What is your return policy?

Our goal is that you love your product as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of your order date for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Please do not return it to the shipping address in the label, instead, contact Customer Service at support@316choice for assistance. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.

If you would like to exchange an item you purchased for  a different item, please contact Customer Service at support@316choice to provide you with further instructions.

All items must be returned in new, resalable condition. Apparel items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned and will not be refunded.

Can I make a change to my order?

Once an order is placed, we are not able to add any products or change any of the quantities. If your order has not shipped, you can request a cancellation and our team will make the best effort to stop your order. If your order has been processed and we are not able to cancel it, you can refuse delivery and your order will be subject to our return policy.
